Adrian R. is an experienced professional in business performance and strategic management, currently serving as the Senior Business Performance and Insight Manager at IAG Cargo since October 2021. Prior to this role, Adrian held positions at British Airways as a Business Performance and Insight Manager and returned to IAG Cargo after a tenure as the Head of Strategy, responsible for corporate strategy and customer satisfaction. Adrian's career began in analytical management consulting at Hartley McMaster Ltd, where a focus on customer insight analysis and benefits realisation was a cornerstone.
