Neva Badalamente has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist and previously holding roles including Unit Head of the HR Service Centre and HR Business Partner at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since November 2015. Prior to this, Neva worked at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from June 1999 to November 2015, where positions included HR Officer, Senior Payroll Assistant, and Chart of Accounts and Reporting Administrator, demonstrating expertise in Oracle Financials. Neva holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Webster University.
