Lisa Trazzi began their work experience as a Researcher-Internship at Universidade de São Paulo in 2009. Lisa then worked as a Project Manager for the African Refugee Development Center in 2011 and as a Project Manager-Securing private funding for NGOs at Croix-Rouge française from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Lisa worked as a Product Manager at CiteGreen, where they were responsible for delivering new innovations and finding product market fit. Lisa then joined DOCAPOSTE and served as an Innovation Manager from 2015 to 2018, followed by the role of Head of Product Design @Branche Numerique La Poste from 2019 to 2019. Most recently, Lisa has been working at iAdvize since 2020, where they hold the position of Lead Product Manager. In their current role, they lead cross squads to kick-start high-potential features, engages with external and internal stakeholders, recruits and coaches junior product managers, and focuses on delivering impactful features and exploring customer needs.

Lisa Trazzi attended Thiga Academy in 2021 and obtained a Lead Product certification. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Geopolitics from the University of Groningen from 2010 to 2012. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law & Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they earned between 2006 and 2010.
