Jessica Smith has worked for three different companies since 2012. In 2015, they began working for IActionable as the Chief Conversation Starter. IActionable is a gamification platform which serves as a dynamic motivational tool for sales teams. Prior to this, they worked for Axium Business Solutions as an Executive Assistant. Axium provides a cost-effective way to offload business development and prospecting. In 2015, they also began working for LogicBox Software, Inc. as an Executive Assistant. LogicBox CRM is a cloud-delivered CRM, making it affordable and removing the headaches of running and managing hardware and software.

Jessica Smith attended Utah Valley University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.).
