Nancy Xiaoyu Ma has extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at IAC since August 2016. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Manager of External Reporting at Sealed Air Corporation from October 2013 to August 2016 and held the position of Technical Accounting Senior Manager of International Operation at General Motors from September 2010 to August 2013. Earlier in the career, Nancy worked as an Accounting Manager at Horizon Media from August 2009 to May 2010 and as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche from October 2002 to August 2009. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark, graduating in 2002.
