Rick Berger is a seasoned professional in membership engagement and business development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Membership Engagement & Development at the IAB since October 2019. Prior to this role, Rick held various senior positions including Vice President at Conversant LLC and Senior Director of Business Development at inPowered. Rick has extensive experience in sales, evidenced by positions at Viant Inc., Interactive One, and Music Mogul Inc., where Rick also served as Vice President of Sales. With an educational background in Marketing and Advertising from Syracuse University, Rick has cultivated a robust career marked by leadership in sales and strategic development across multiple companies since 1996.
