Kathleen McKay is an experienced events professional with a robust background in managing logistics and operations for large-scale B2B conferences and events. Currently serving as Senior Director of Events at the IAB since January 2018, Kathleen has previously held leadership roles at The David Lynch Foundation, Shoptalk, IQPC, Advanced Health Media, TURN 2 FOUNDATION, INC, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With a degree in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from James Madison University, Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, event management, and team supervision, overseeing multiple high-profile events for notable clients including Oracle, Salesforce, and FedEx.
