Zach Schlossberg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zach is currently working as a Principal Researcher and Design Strategist at IA Collaborative, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Zach served as the CEO & Head of Product at Frank App, an estimating software designed for home renovation contractors, from February 2019 to September 2022.
Zach has also worked as a self-employed Innovation and Design Strategy Consultant from December 2017 to February 2020, where they provided consulting services. Zach worked as a Strategic Designer at BCG Digital Ventures from March 2018 to September 2018, contributing to strategy development. Zach's experience also includes a role as Lead Industrial Designer-Sr. Consultant at Walt Disney Imagineering from November 2016 to December 2017, where they were responsible for research, ideation, and prototyping. Prior to this, they worked at propelland as a Design Strategy Consultant for a short period in October and November 2016.
In addition to their professional experience, Zach has taught as a Design Instructor and Liaison to China at Art Center College of Design in June 2016. Zach also worked as a Teaching Assistant/Design Instructor, teaching materials research and human-centered research methods at the same institution in 2016.
Earlier in their career, Zach co-founded The Loftmen, a boutique furniture design studio, where they led all aspects of operations from design to marketing and production. Zach worked there from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, they served as an Instructor at 3rd Ward in 2012, teaching design-related courses.

Zach Schlossberg holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design from 2014 to 2016. Zach also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Innovation Systems Design from 2015 to 2016 at Drucker School of Management. In their earlier education, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 2004 to 2007.
