Ayesha Fayyaz is a seasoned professional in human resources and accounting, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at i2c Inc. since July 2022. Ayesha's expertise includes fostering workplace culture, facilitating onboarding, and driving employee development through performance assessments. Prior to this role, Ayesha spent six years at Innovative Pvt Ltd in various positions, including Sr. Accounts & Taxation Executive, where responsibilities encompassed payroll preparation, employee status management, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Ayesha also held positions as a Taxation Executive and Account Executive, handling tax submissions, financial reconciliations, and accounts management.
