Andrew Milligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at iWorks Corporation since October 2014, Andrew provides support for Data Quality Management and Reporting for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), leading a team of data engineers and managing new functionality requests. Previously, Andrew worked as a Business System Analyst, supporting the development of a Unified Registration System for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and as a Business Analyst at CGI, contributing to the maintenance and development of applications for the US EPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics. Andrew began a career in finance with a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech, complemented by a summer internship at Davenport & Company LLC focused on compliance and reporting.
