Phillip Tran has been in the professional workforce since 1997, when they became the Owner of I-TECH Staffing Services, Inc. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Vice President at I-TECH e-Services, LLC, where they have remained since.

Phillip Tran attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford from 1989 to 1992, where they earned an MS in Electronics Engineering in 1992.
