Jean Chan has a strong background in design, with extensive experience in various roles. Jean started their career as an intern at WGSN in 2011. Jean then joined I.T in the same year as a Senior Designer, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Jean moved to Vans, a VF Company, where they worked as a Senior Designer for a year. Jean returned to I.T in 2018 and had been serving as an Associate Chief Designer until October 2020, when they were promoted to the role of Chief Designer.

Jean Chan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Jean attended the university from 2008 to 2011.
