Catherine Magee, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at I Squared Capital, overseeing HR functions for an independent global infrastructure manager with over $38 billion in assets under management. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Head of Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion at First Reserve Corporation, where responsibilities included managing HR for an international private equity firm. Catherine's extensive experience in human resources includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Diamondback Capital Management, Project Manager at Purdue Pharma LP, Director of Human Resources and Administration at Fordyce and Gabrielson, LLC, and administrative support at Oak Investment Partners. Catherine's educational background includes studies at Peirce College and the University of Bridgeport.
