Mohamed Bakry is currently the Information Security Business Resilience and Incident Response Section Head at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E. Previously, Mohamed worked as an Information Technology Service Desk Engineer at Vodafone. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology from El Shorouk Academy and an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from National Telecommunication Institute. Mohamed is experienced in analyzing and responding to cyber incidents, managing infrastructure technologies, and providing high levels of customer service in enterprise infrastructure settings.
