Nancy Opial, CCSMP has over twenty-five years of work experience. Nancy began their career in 1995 as an Inventory Control Manager and PM Dispatcher for Daily Equipment Company. In 1999, they moved to American Healthtech as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Sales and Marketing. In 2002, Nancy became the Administrative Director for Franklin Career Center. In 2004, they moved to Home Depot At Home Services as an Office Administrator. Nancy then moved to Antares Technology Solutions in 2007 as a Quality Assurance. In 2008, they joined Enta Ticketing Solutions - North America as a Project Manager and Senior QA. In 2015, Nancy joined Veriforce as a Sr. Manager, Customer Success Services, Sr. Project Manager, Contractor Success Manager, and Project Manager/Business Analyst. Finally, in 2021, Nancy joined I-ology as a Project Manager.
Nancy Opial, CCSMP has a strong educational background. Nancy earned a BS in CIS from Saint Leo University in 2006 and a Certificate in Business Project Management from LSU Continuing Education in 2016. Nancy also has a background in Computer Science, having attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Nancy has obtained a number of certifications, including Introduction to ITSM from Atlassian in October 2022, Learning Jira Software from LinkedIn in July 2021, Business Administration Specialist and Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist from Trailhead by Salesforce in January 2021, and Certified CSM Professional from Practical CSM Academy in January 2020.
