Will Komaromi currently serves as a Program Manager at I. M. Systems Group Inc. since April 2023, functioning as the Deputy Program Manager for various NOAA/NWS/OSTI-Modeling programs, where expertise is provided in the development and operational transitions of advanced forecasting systems. Previously, Will served as a Meteorologist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from April 2014 to April 2023, contributing as Principal Investigator on significant projects and leading the development of the COAMPS-TC model. Will also held the position of NRC Postdoctoral Research Associate, focusing on tropical cyclone interactions. Will's academic background includes a PhD and MS in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Miami, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology and Physics from the University at Albany.
