Casey Schmeling has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental health and safety. They started their career as a Safety Associate at Joy Global, Surface Mining-Americas North in 2012. They then worked as an EHS Administrator at United Alloy, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Casey joined Monroe Truck Equipment and Modifications as a Safety Manager. They later moved on to IKI Manufacturing, where they held the position of Environmental Health Safety Manager in 2019 and later became the Director of Operations in June 2020.

Casey Schmeling obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2011.
