Ryan Greene, CCIM, SIOR has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ryan began their career in 2006 as a Campus Minister for RUF (Reformed University Fellowship). In 2008, they moved to Moody National Companies as an Investment Specialist. In 2010, they joined Maestri-Murrell Real Estate as a Sales/Leasing Agent. In 2013, they joined NAI Latter and Blum Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent and Industrial Tenant Representation and Site Selection Specialist, specializing in commercial property acquisition, disposition, and brokerage. In 2018, they founded I Hate Receipts. Currently, they are the Vice President of Industrial Services for JLL.

Ryan Greene, CCIM, SIOR has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Baylor University, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Ryan also holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Reformed Theological Seminary, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to their higher education, Ryan attended False River Academy from 1984 to 1996. Ryan holds no additional certifications.
