Kevin Chan has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Kevin started their career as a Restaurant Manager at R E & S Enterprises Pte Ltd in 2003 and then moved on to become an Area Manager at Mingles Pte Ltd in 2007. In 2009, they joined New Zealand Natural Singapore as an Operations Manager, where they actively contributed to sales growth and business development. After that, they worked as an Operations Manager at SukiGroup of Restaurants from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on sales and marketing strategies. In 2014, they joined I Can Read as a Centre Operations Support Manager, and later progressed to the role of Senior Regional Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Operations Director at I Can Read, where they oversee logistics and inventory control, business development, franchise management, operations management, and training and setup for regional markets.
Kevin Chan completed a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management at Kaplan Higher Education Institute from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they also earned a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management from ASK Hospitality Management.
