Ensar Shaqiri is an experienced project manager currently serving as an Agile Project Manager at International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ensar was a Team Coordinator at the Youth Council U.S. Embassy Kosovo, overseeing project initiation and execution from October 2019 to September 2024. Additional experience includes membership in the Students Parliament at the University of Prishtina, where Ensar held significant roles in project management and advocacy, and leadership positions within the Kosovar Youth Council, Red Cross Youth, and students' organizations, showcasing a strong commitment to community engagement and youth advocacy. Ensar is pursuing a degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Prishtina, with previous education at the U.S. Embassy Prishtina Kosovo and High School "Xhavit Ahmeti" Gjilan.
