Mindy Gerrell is an experienced payroll and HRIS manager currently working at I Am Boundless, Inc. since June 2019, overseeing payroll for over 2,000 staff across multiple states in a large nonprofit organization. Prior to this role, Mindy served as a Senior Payroll Specialist after a brief period of exploration in employment. At Beacon 360 Management, Mindy worked as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on recruiting and payroll using ADP. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Accountant, Payroll Manager, Property Manager, and Accounting Supervisor across various organizations. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ashland University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from North Central State College.
