Zachary Huffman is the Founder and CEO of Hyvion, a software and drone solutions firm. Zachary is also a Contributor for AOPA, an organization dedicated to protecting and growing general aviation through advocating and educating. Zachary is currently an Adjunct Professor at Central Michigan University. Previously, they were the Assistant Airport Manager at the City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan's airport. Zachary also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Broadcast and Cinematic Arts department at Central Michigan University and was a News Reporter for Indiana Public Radio. Zachary served as a Digital Operations Assistant for Entercom Indianapolis, a media and entertainment company.
Zachary Huffman pursued their education in Central Michigan University and achieved a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Media Management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and Telecommunications: News Track with a minor in Business Administration from Ball State University in the year 2012 to 2016. Along with their academic achievements, Zachary also obtained additional certifications such as Airport Manager from Michigan Department of Transportation in February 2018, Drone Pilot, Part 107 from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in June 2017, and Private Pilot, ASEL from FAA in August 2016.
