Detlef Gladys possesses extensive experience in equipment management and logistics, currently serving as Equipment Manager for Hyundai Merchant Marine since January 2018. Prior roles include Marketing Manager for Florens Container Services (Deutschland) GmbH, Head Trainer at MOL Europe CSU, and Senior Equipment Planner at MOL (Europe). Detlef has also held managerial and operational positions at P&O Nedlloyd, APL Co. (Germany), NOL Germany (Reederei) GmbH, and Trident Shipping Agencies (Germany) GmbH. Detlef's career began in logistics operations and includes a solid academic foundation from Jacobson Gymnasium.
