Kyle Johnson has extensive experience in the information technology and repair service sectors, beginning as a Field Service Technician at Independent Data Services in 1987, where repairs were conducted on typesetting machines. Following this role, Kyle served as a Customer Service Engineer at Xerox Corporation, specializing in the repairs of Xerox copiers. In December 1988, Kyle joined Hytec Dealer Services, Inc., progressing through various positions including Circuit Board Repair Technician, Repair Department Supervisor, Service Manager, Information Systems Manager, and ultimately attaining the role of Information Technology Director. At Hytec Dealer Services, Inc., responsibilities included supervising multiple repair departments and overseeing electronic circuit board repairs for diverse office equipment manufacturers.
