Vladislav Ananev has worked in the software engineering and development field since 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Sr. Technical staff - System Administrator Lead at Vybor Information Centre. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Kristall Production Corporation OAO where they designed and developed software for the diamond industry. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Freelance Software Developer, participating in the development of Sidestep app backend and an online game for iOS. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at Axcient, designing and developing virtual office as part of a leading backup and disaster recovery product. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hystax, designing and implementing microservices for migration and disaster recovery solutions and integrating the solution with popular cloud platforms. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer at Nutanix.

Vladislav Ananev attended the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) from 2001 to 2007, earning a Specialist degree in IT and Economics. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from Coursera in May 2013, MS-10264A Developing Web Application with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 from Softline Education in May 2012, MS-10266A Programming in C# with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 from Softline Education in March 2012, and Software Engineering for SaaS from Coursera in March 2012.
