Erika Mozes is a Co-Founder and the COO of Hyr, a company that helps restaurants, retailers, and event companies find extra staff in 15 minutes. Prior to their work at Hyr, Erika was a public affairs and communications consultant for McDonald's Canada and Johnson & Johnson Inc. Erika also served as the Director of Communications for John Tory's 2014 Toronto Mayoral Campaign and as the Director of Public Affairs and Communications for The Coca-Cola Company. In addition, Erika was the Vice President of Crestview Strategy and the Senior Manager of External Relations at GlaxoSmithKline. Erika began their career as a political staff member for the Government of Premier Dalton McGuinty at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, where they worked for five years.
