Christian M. W. serves as the Planning Manager for the City of Goodyear, a role held since February 2014, overseeing development initiatives, mentoring the Planning and Zoning team, and leading collaborative efforts with the development community. With a background that includes positions as Principal Planner and Senior Planner, Christian has extensive experience in processing development applications and conducting plan reviews. Contributions also extend to regional demographic reporting as a representative on the Maricopa Association of Governments Population Technical Advisory Committee. Previous roles include a Research Specialist/Planning Analyst at Peoria Unified School District and various internships in traffic engineering and residential life at the University of Washington. Christian holds a BA in Community, Environment and Planning from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
