Robert Hannebauer is a distinguished executive with extensive experience in the field of engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Lumiense, Imagica, Metrio, and HyPhy, Robert has been pivotal in the development of innovative measurement systems using advanced LIDAR techniques and light measurement semiconductor sensors. As CEO of Metrio Sensors Inc. and Imagica Technology Inc., Robert leads startup initiatives focused on process and device development, business growth, and manufacturing scalability. Prior roles include founding and advising at hyPHY USA Inc., and serving as President of Lumiense Photonics Inc., where Robert specialized in sensor design and development. With a background as Principal Engineer at The MicroDisplay Corporation and Foveon, and foundational roles at EG&G Reticon and IntraCoastal System Engineering, Robert has a solid technical foundation backed by degrees in Physics and Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
