Paul Agustin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Paul started their career as a Web Production Specialist at The National Academies in 1999. Paul then worked as an Educator at Bishop McNamara High School from 2003 to 2006. Paul then transitioned into the corporate world, joining SoftMed Systems as a Client Support Analyst for a brief period in 2006. Paul then moved on to 3M Health Information Systems, where they held roles as a Tier 2 Escalation Point and later as a Training Specialist from 2006 to 2013. In 2013, Paul joined Microsoft as a Yammer Customer Training Specialist, and later became an Office 365 Customer Success Manager until 2015. In 2015, they joined BetterWorks as part of the Customer Success team, where they helped build and scale the Customer Success organization. Paul also held the position of Director of Solutions Engineering, where they played a critical role in moving deals to close and educating prospects and sales team members about the platform. Paul's expertise lies in performance management, strategic planning, and organizational alignment.
Paul Agustin received their education at The Johns Hopkins University from 1999 to 2003. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Bishop McNamara High School from 1996 to 1999, but no degree or field of study is specified. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained certifications such as the BetterWorks Performance Process Certified from Intellum in 2017 and the Certified BetterWorks Goal Master from BetterWorks in 2015.
