Jaishankar Nedunchezhian is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in automation testing and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and previously as Staff Engineer at Betterworks since June 2021, Jaishankar has extensive expertise in automation tools such as WebdriverIO with TypeScript, Selenium with Python, and Selenium with Java, along with API and performance testing using JMeter. Prior to Betterworks, Jaishankar held roles as Senior Engineer - SDET at Lavu Inc. and Technical Lead at Symphony Teleca, focusing on both automation and manual testing. Jaishankar began a career at IBM as Team Lead and previously worked as Senior Associate at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd. Jaishankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
