Anastasia Botchilo has a diverse range of work experience. Anastasia began their career as a Project Manager at Raumi, a sports equipment company, from October 2016 to August 2017. Anastasia then joined InToSoft as a Sales/Account Manager from 2017 to May 2018. Anastasia's most recent role was at HYPERVSN, where they held two positions. From June 2018 to February 2020, they served as a Project Manager - Sales Operations, managing cross-department projects and driving communication for high-level executives. Anastasia then became the Head of Sales Operations, responsible for leading the Sales Operations team, establishing processes, managing sales projects worldwide, and improving the CRM system. In addition to their corporate experience, Anastasia also made a positive impact as the Head of Projects for a non-profit organization called Step Forward, where they focused on helping children with intellectual disabilities adapt to independent life.

Anastasia Botchilo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management from Belarusian State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017.
