Pawan Kumar currently serves as the Mentor Experience Manager and Outreach Manager at HyperVerge since January 2024. Previously, Pawan held the position of City Director at Teach For India from October 2021 to November 2023, and was a Core Member of The Bangalore Alumni Chapter. Prior to this, Pawan worked as a Territory Manager at Chrysalis from May 2021 to April 2023, supporting a team in transforming 115 schools across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Pawan also served as Team Lead Manager at Chrysalis from June 2019 to March 2021, and was a Senior Associate at Teach For India from May 2017 to April 2019 after completing a fellowship with the organization. Earlier experiences include roles as a Tutor at Brilliant Coaching Institute and a Lecturer at Karnataka Polytechnic. Pawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from P A College of Engineering, Mangalore, and has pursued studies in personal finance through the 1% Club.
