Michelle Fursman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle started their career in 1995 at Microsoft Canada, where they worked in reseller services and inside sales. Michelle then joined Softchoice in 1997 as a licensing trainer and Big Day representative. After that, they worked at Le Groupe 3 Soft as an outside sales executive, focusing on developing new business accounts in the Southwestern Ontario region. In 2003, they joined Synnex Canada, where they held multiple roles, including business development manager and Microsoft business development manager. At Synnex, they were responsible for sales, business development, and product management in relation to Microsoft products and programs. In 2007, they briefly worked at Scuba 2000 as an assistant instructor before joining Hypertec Direct in 2016 as a Saas licensing manager and software product manager. Currently, they are working at Hypertec Group as a product manager, specializing in cloud and software products.

Michelle Fursman has a diverse educational background. Michelle attended Brock University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Visual Arts. In 2004, they enrolled at PADI, where they pursued a degree in Diver, Professional and Instructor. Michelle graduated from PADI in 2008 as an Assistant Instructor. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has also obtained the MCP certification for small and medium organization Licensing, although the details regarding the institution and year of acquisition are not specified.
