Vaibhav Khawse is a professional in food supply chain management with experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Hyperpure by Zomato since April 2023, Vaibhav specializes in managing the procurement and operations of oils and dry fruits. Prior experience includes a position as a Planning Executive at ColdEX Logistics and a student internship at Bhanu Farms Limited, where knowledge of the frozen food processing and logistics was gained. Vaibhav also completed an internship at ASTRO Research Society. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Food Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, and a degree in Chemical Technology specializing in Food Science from the University Department of Chemical Technology.
