Alex Kozachenko's work experience includes being a UA Advisor at Gamesforum starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO of HyperBeard, a leading mobile game developer and publisher in Mexico, from 2017 onwards. At HyperBeard, they focused on developing and publishing cute, casual, idle games targeting an adult-female demographic.

Alex Kozachenko earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Stanford University, attending from 2005 to 2008.
