Vladimir Gulkarov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology and manufacturing industries. Vladimir is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Hyper Solutions, a digital enterprise focused on transforming the manufacturing landscape by harnessing cutting-edge technology. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Expansion at TemperPack, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Before that, Gulkarov worked at Eaton as a Product Line Manager, overseeing the performance of the company's product line. Vladimir also held several positions at Power Distribution, Inc., including Vice President of Strategy Development, Director of Sales - Strategic Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Director of Engineering - Modular Data Center. Gulkarov started their career at Verari Systems, where they worked as an Electrical Engineer and Program Manager. Vladimir also has experience as the General Manager of South Coast Speed and Sound, Inc., a family-owned custom speed and performance shop. Throughout their career, Gulkarov has demonstrated their expertise in strategy development, technology innovation, and business leadership.

Vladimir Gulkarov began their education in 2003 when they enrolled at San Diego State University. Vladimir completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2007. In 2007, they also earned a Certificate in Project Management from the same institution.

After several years in the workforce, Vladimir returned to academia in 2021. Vladimir attended The Fletcher School at Tufts University where they pursued a Master of Global Business Administration degree in the field of Business Administration and Management. Vladimir successfully completed their studies at The Fletcher School in 2022.
