Xavier Clairardin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the optical interconnect and high technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hyper Photonix Ltd. since November 2022, Xavier has previously held prominent positions including Executive Vice President & General Manager at Gigalight USA CORP and Director roles at FCI, overseeing both Optical Interconnect and High Speed I/O business units. Notably, Xavier was VP of Product Marketing & Sales at Kotura Inc, where responsibilities included global sales for Silicon Photonic Integrated Components. As the founder of Hyperion Strategies LLC, Xavier provided consulting services to high technology startups. Additional leadership experience spans potent roles at NKT Integration USA, Molex Fiber Optics, and Amphenol Fiber Optics. Xavier holds dual MSEE degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Centrale Lille.
