Yvana Mayer possesses extensive experience in category management and consumer insights, currently serving as VP of the Mom & Kids Category at Hypefast since December 2021, following roles as Head and Deputy Head of the same category. Prior to Hypefast, Yvana held multiple leadership positions at Reckitt, including UX Lead for Germ Protection & Hygiene and e-Shopper Acquisition & Retention Manager. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Lazada Group, covering consumer electronics and small appliances, along with an advisory internship at PwC Indonesia. Yvana holds an MBA from the University of International Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
