Twinkle Ahuja has a background in Humanities, with a BA degree from Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University. Currently pursuing a Masters in English Language and Literature at Laxmibai college, Twinkle has diverse work experience in operations and customer support roles. From being a Computer Operator- Operations at ACG Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd, to an Operations Executive at Proximity Immigration, and now serving as an Operations Team Lead at HYPD, Twinkle has showcased skills in managing client interactions, enhancing resumes, and leading teams to improve productivity and processes.
