Adam Bias

Field Services Engineer at Hyosung Innovue Americas

Adam Bias has a diverse work experience in the ATM/Banking/Security/Gaming Industry. Adam started their career in 2002 at Nevada ATM as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and later was promoted to Jr. ATM Technician. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Ditronics Financial Services as the Customer Service Center & Tech Support Manager, where they helped establish the call center and implemented policies and procedures. In 2015, they joined Eclipse Cash Systems as the Wireless Department Manager, responsible for designing training manuals, providing technical support, managing inventory, and billing customers. In 2017, they transitioned to Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as a GSD Technical Specialist I. Currently, they are working at Hyosung America as a Field Services Engineer since 2022.

Adam Bias attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2004 to 2006. Adam pursued a field of study that is not specified. Adam then returned to the College of Southern Nevada in 2007 and completed a program in Visual and Performing Arts in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Adam obtained the Hyosung ATM Certified qualification from Hyosung Corporation in June 2014. Prior to that, in May 2010, they received the Certification of Training for X-Scale and X2 Triton ATMs from Triton Systems of Delaware, LLC.
