George Droder has over 30 years of work experience in various executive roles. George started their career at Sanofi (formerly Marion Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals) as a Manager and Research Engineer, where they were responsible for lab systems development and automation. George then worked at Ernst & Young as a Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder of ConnectedHealth.net. At A.T. Kearney, they served as a Principal in the Strategic Information Technology Practice, managing a global team and delivering high-value consulting services. George later held executive positions at Medical Broadcasting Company & e Pharmaceuticals and Capgemini (Adjoined). At Rosetta (Brulant), they were the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner, responsible for building a Strategy practice for Interactive Services. George then joined Pentair (ERICO International Corporation), where they held various roles including Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service & E-Commerce and Chief Commercial Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Commercial Officer at Hynes Industries, overseeing all commercial operations and reporting directly to the CEO.
George Droder obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1987. George also pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business, Finance, and Strategy, from Northern Kentucky University, which they completed in 2000.
