Yoshinori Aoyama has extensive leadership experience in various organizations, currently serving as Managing Partner at HYLMAN since February 2023 and as CEO and President of POC Inc. since March 2019. Aoyama’s past roles include serving as 部長 at MUFG from April 2006 to December 2012, 代表取締役社長 at Translational Research from July 2004 to March 2006, and General Manager at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. from September 2001 to July 2004. Additionally, Aoyama was a Product Manager at エーザイ from April 1992 to September 1999. Aoyama holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tokyo University of Science, along with a related degree from 早稲田実業.
