Tanya Guarino is an experienced professional in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as the Regional VP of Employee Benefits Service for Hylant since July 2016. In this role, Tanya focuses on process improvements for the Employee Benefits Service Team in the Southeast Region to enhance client service and drive growth. Prior to Hylant, Tanya held various positions at HUB International, including EB Service Team Leader and Client Service Executive, contributing to customer relations and service leadership. Tanya's earlier experience includes underwriting for national accounts at The Hartford and supervisory roles in medical underwriting at CNA Insurance. Tanya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, studied from 2001 to 2003.
