Mia Burns has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mia started their career in 2004 as a Marketing, Special Events, and Public Relations Intern at the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Inc. In 2005, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Quality Dining, Inc, and also held the position of Marketing and Public Relations Assistant at BlueBean, LLC and RFIDSupplyChain.com. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at CRC Insurance Services, Inc. in roles such as Management/Professional Liability and Casualty Division. In 2010, they joined Ironshore Insurance as a Professional Liability Underwriter. Most recently, they have been working at Hylant since 2012, initially as a Senior Client Service Specialist and then transitioning to the role of Client Service Manager in 2023.

Mia Burns attended Saint Mary's College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business. In 2010, Mia took a MBA Primer Course at DePaul University in the field of Business.
