Ramon Diaz has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Ramon currently serves as the Director of IT (Head of IT) at HYLAN since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the IT Director at UniTek Global Services from September 2016 to December 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior IT Manager - IT Services at BTG from May 2013 to September 2016. Ramon's career began at the Philadelphia Youth Network in September 2000, where they served as the IT Manager until May 2013.

Ramon Diaz attended DeVry University from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management. In addition to their degree, Ramon has also obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, and Network+ from CompTIA.
