Sebastian S. serves as the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Hygiena since July 2022, contributing to the EMEA Executive Management Team with direct reporting to the CFO. In this role, Sebastian is responsible for developing organizational strategies aimed at enhancing workforce efficiency, anticipating HR trends, and implementing comprehensive employee engagement and performance management systems. Previously, Sebastian held key HR leadership positions including Global HR Director at BioChek, Global Head of Human Resources at Lindal Group, and Director, HR Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation. Sebastian's extensive experience in HR also includes roles at Ex Libris, The OSM Maritime Group, AIG, Overseas Shipholding Group, Veritrade GmbH, and Hermann Franzen KG. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, an MBA in International Business, and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
