Sylvia Ellert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sylvia began their career at Hydrotech, Inc. in 1981 as an Inside Sales representative. Sylvia then moved on to Duro Dyne, where they worked as a Sales Manager from 1984 to 1994. In 1994, they joined Catholic Health Partners as a Financial Counselor for four years before transitioning to ACP Automation, LLC in 1998. At ACP Automation, they held the role of Operations Manager/CFO until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Sylvia returned to Hydrotech, Inc. and served as the Business Development Manager until 2013, followed by the position of Corporate Sales Manager until 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at Hydrotech, Inc.
Sylvia Ellert attended Mount St. Joseph University from 1981 to 1984, where they studied Paralegal Studies and Business Management. Sylvia obtained additional certifications over the years, including "Learning LinkedIn Sales Navigator" and "Sales Forecasting" from LinkedIn in August 2023. In the same month and year, they also completed a certification in "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn. Sylvia attended the Leadership Development Institute offered by the Goering Center for Family and Private Business in September 2015. Additionally, they obtained the certification in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) from the Entrepreneurial Operating System in January 2012.
