Ussman Nilsa-ad is a marketing professional with extensive experience in the esports and business sectors. Currently, Ussman holds the position of Marketing at HydroNeo and serves as Co-Founder and Business & Marketing Adviser at BitArcade. Prior to these roles, Ussman was the Team Lead for FIGHT Esports at Forest Interactive, where responsibilities included exploring new business opportunities, managing relationships with game publishers, and crafting marketing strategies for the Thai esports market. Ussman also worked as an Esports Operation Executive at Forest Interactive and an Analyst at XER XIA ESPORTS Co., LTD. Ussman has experience as a Project Manager with DEMITRIIx, as well as in content creation and research roles. Ussman holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Biology from Chulalongkorn University.
