Mike Lenton has a diverse background in management and operational roles within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of HydroChem since June 2020, Mike previously held positions including General Manager at Hydro Flow for nearly 18 years and Service Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions for over 12 years. Prior to these leadership roles, Mike Lenton developed technical expertise as a Technician at Mount Isa Mines from 1981 to 1989 and recently worked as a Labourer and Plant Operator at Entracon Civil Pty Ltd for a brief period in early 2020, contributing to the construction of a significant dam and pump stations in Victoria.
