Andre Volheim is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and systems implementation. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Hydro-Thermal Corporation since October 2014, Andre oversees 30 direct reports across multiple departments while fostering team engagement and efficiency. Previous roles include Business Systems Lead and Engineering Analyst at KMC Stampings, where Andre managed comprehensive business systems and continuous improvement projects. Andre's career began with consulting roles in ERP systems at Simplified Solutions and manufacturing analysis at Lilly Visual Manufacturing/Telesis. A veteran of the US Army, Andre holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Sciences from the Community College of Allegheny County.
